Addressing the Digital Divide in Austin: Residential Technology Study
The Fiscal Year 2021 (FY21) Residential Technology Study is building off of previous efforts that began in 1998 to understand residents’ sentiments around the internet (3). The FY21 study’s goal is to gain a greater understanding of digital inclusion in Austin, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic and its impacts on digital access.
