WeThrive is a virtual, cohort-based leadership development and peer-learning initiative for executive directors and senior leaders of community-based organizations across Measure's southern key states — Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Tennessee. The Fall 2026 cohort runs October 22 – November 20, 2026 across five facilitated sessions blending peer dialogue, reflective practice, wellness, and practical strategy tools.

FALL 2026 COHORT

October 22 – November 20, 2026 · 5 virtual sessions

WeThrive is a fully virtual program. We recruit from Measure's southern key states only: Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee. Applicants must lead or hold a senior role at a community-based organization headquartered in one of these states.

Financially Lit Conference invitation

Selected WeThrive participants will be invited to attend the Measure Financially Lit & Funding Ready Conference as part of the cohort experience.

Austin happy hour

Participants local to Austin will be able to gather in person at the WeThrive happy hour to extend the peer network beyond the screen.

What to expect

FORMAT: 5 weekly 90-minute facilitated sessions, delivered virtually on Zoom.
COHORT: 10–15 executive and senior nonprofit leaders across TX, LA, MS, AL, and TN.
CONTENT: Leading through transition, wellness and boundaries, village building, board and funder relationships, sustainability planning.
MATERIALS: Participant toolkit, village-building template, session slide decks, facilitation guide.
