Each year, we partner with select organizations to provide equity-focused data analysis that helps them drive meaningful change. We offer four types of free data evaluation tools to support community-led organizations working toward social justice and equity.
The Measure CARE Model™

How It Works
Three phases that lead to community impact.
The Measure CARE Model™ guides organizations through three key phases, ending in deliverables that help ensure communities receive the support they need.
Phase 1
Identify and analyze how systemic barriers contribute to the issue. Understand community experiences and needs while strengthening the organization's commitment to advancing equity.
Phase 2
Define community-led solutions and create an actionable plan to achieve them.
Phase 3
Develop a Community Mobilization Guide to measure progress and drive lasting impact.

How it works
- Distribute the survey widely until participation supports a reliable, representative data set.
- Analyze responses and turn them into a usable report with recommendations, published as a Black Paper on our site.
